ASO-DM, ASO-DMB & CRISTALLFUGE DF: The new trass containing DRAINAGE SYSTEM for the reliable installation of slabs in external areas.
With the new drainage system, Schomburg introduces a well-considered system solution for water permeable external finishes. The system was specifically developed for the installation of porcelain slabs (20 mm), natural stone slabs as well as concrete and natural stone pavers – long lasting, assured and functional down to the last detail.
Three new products – one system
The core of the new drainage system is the drainage mortar ASO-DM. This concerns a water permeable screed / permeable bedding layer, which ensures reliable drainage in external areas.
The system is enhanced with two additional new products:
• ASO-DMB – a binder for producing drainage mortars as a site mix, flexible in use and economical.
• CRISTALLFUGE-DF – a water permeable grout, which completes the system and ensures drainability throughout all layers.
Therefore, the drainage system is altogether continuously able to drain – from the substrate to the joint.
Permeable, resistant and reliable
The advantages are obvious:
• Drainable – from the screed to the joint, the system guarantees the reliable drainage of water. Frost damage due to frozen water is effectively prevented.
• Capillary passive – The system construction reduces capillary rising water from the ground. Discolouration, moisture damage and delamination due to frost is minimized.
• Trass containing – The Trass component decreases lime efflorescence in the floor finish and in the joints – for a permanently high-quality appearance.
System expansion with proven products
Dependent on requirements and the build-up, the system can be extended with proven SCHOMBURG products such as MONOFLEX, MONOFLEX-XL or UNIFIX S3.
