Extraordinary flooring adds optical highlights in a design-house

On a northern slope in Switzerland’s lower lake Constance community of Ermatingen, the Architectural practice tec Architecture constructed a split level home on the terraced slope. This designer home placed a new emphasis in this location through its exceptional architecture. The extreme hillside location meant that it was necessary to provide a three tiered solution in order to accommodate offices, an apartment and a single family home on this terrain.

The polyurethane floor coating from the SCHOMBURG ICS product range which is found throughout the living area sets optical highlights.
