Producing and applying capillary-breaking mortars: 1. Mix the mixed ASODUR-SG3-thix with quartz sand (∅ 0.06–1.5 mm) at a mix ratio of 1: 4.17 (corresponding to 6 kg ASODUR-SG3-thix + 25 kg quartz sand) homogeneously. 2. Prime the substrate with ASODUR-SG3-thix. 3. Apply the mortar while still wet using trowel techniques and ensure evenly compaction. 4. Mortar consumption: approx. 2.0 kg/m² per mm layer thickness
