Prepare the substrate. <br />2. Prime the screed with ASO-Unigrund, depending on <br />the levelling compounds used and respective substrate. <br />3. After the primer has dried, install the hot water floor <br />heating according to the manufacturer's instructions <br />and fix it in place properly. <br />4.The thin layer hot water floor heating system with <br />SOLOPLAN-30-PLUS is then poured onto the cementbased substrates. The pipes must be covered by at least <br />3 mm in the same layer thickness must be ensured. <br />5. Deaerate the still liquid layer with a spiked roller and <br />encourage it to flow. <br />6. After 3 days, commencement of functional heating <br />so that surface is ready to receive subsequent layers <br />according to the manufacturer's specifications. It must <br />correspond to the load-bearing capacities in accordance <br />with DIN 1055. Suitable measures, such as blasting or <br />milling, should be implemented to remove separating <br />layers, laitance layers and the like.</p> <p>Suitable thin-bed and flowable mortars for bonding tiles/ <br />boards are: <br />MONOFLEX, MONOFLEX-XL, MONOFLEX-fast, <br />LIGHTFLEX and MONOFLEX-S2 <br />CRISTALLIT-flex should be used for laying natural stone <br />slabs. <br />Suitable joint compounds depending on the type and <br />quality of the laying material are: <br />CRISTALLFUGE-FLEX, CRISTALLFUGE-PLUS <br />Notes: <br />• The slow heating up of the floor heating system can be <br />started no earlier than after 3 days. <br />• The technical data sheets for the named products must <br />be observed! <br />• 3 days after installation of the floor levelling compound, <br />the functional heating of the floor begins in preparation <br />for laying of next layer in accordance with the <br />manufacturer’s specifications.</p> <p>1/2</p> <p>Installation instructions for thin-layer <br />hot water floor heating <br />• Just like conventional underfloor heating system, thin-film <br />floor heating systems must undergo what is known as <br />“functional heating” before the cover layers are laid. <br />In contrast to the classic screed system, this procedure <br />can be started much earlier and also completed in a <br />shorter time when using SCHOMBURG floor levelling <br />compound. This is due to the thin-layer structure of the <br />overall system. <br />• Functional heating begins with the floor heating system <br />initially operating for 24 hours with a flow temperature <br />of +25°C. The floor heating system will then run at the <br />maximum design temperature for a further 24 hours.</p> <p>• Provided that no abnormalities are found afterwards, <br />the floor has cooled down and the specific <br />requirements of the respective topsoil are met, further <br />covering with a top covering suitable for floor heating <br />systems can take place. <br />• When laying the surface covering, special care must <br />be taken to ensure that the adhesives and composite <br />mortars used have sufficient time to dry and harden. <br />Therefore, the floor heating system must remain out of <br />operation for a sufficient time. Especially when laying <br />tiles and slabs, depending on the adhesive chosen, at <br />least 7 days must be allowed.</p> <p>The rights of the buyer with regard to the quality of our materials are based on our terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
