Technical Datasheet ASO®-Dichtmanschette-Boden Usage Application 1. Lay ASO®-Dichtmanschette-Boden over the floor drain flange. 2. Mark out the size of the flange and cut out the required opening. 3. Clean and degrease the flange. On flanges with a surface made of stainless steel for example, additional primer made of reaction resin such as ASODUR®-GBM may be required. 4. Apply the selected waterproofing material to the prepared substrate. 5. Pull the sealing sleeve over the flange. 6. Press the sealing sleeve into the waterproofing layer meticulously without voids or wrinkles, using a flat trowel or pressure roller. 7. The sealing sleeve must be integrated into the area waterproofing seamlessly. A tight connection to the area waterproofing must be made.
Storage conditions Storage Cool, dry, protected from sunlight. Min. 24 months in the original container.
Disposal Product leftovers can be disposed of in household waste.
Notes Pipe penetrations that are secured with ASO®-Dichtmanschette-Boden must be protected adequately against mechanical damage. ASO®-Dichtmanschette-Boden may not be glued or overcoated afterwards with products containing solvents.
Planning, inspection of substrates and building site circumstances, laying, grouting and subsequent care of the work must be done in accordance with the relevant DIN standards and recognised rules of technology (e.g. the ZDB sheets of the Zentralverband Deutsches Baugewerbe e.V.) in the latest version.
